In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing analytical methodologies, conducting detailed chemical and material characterization, interpreting complex data sets, and ensuring the quality, consistency, performance, and safety of energetic formulations. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of energetic materials, raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, interpreting analytical data to support product performance, qualification, and certification activities. Develop, optimize, validate, and document analytical methods, procedures, and laboratory protocols to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant testing processes. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and qualify analytical instrumentation, while coordinating preventive maintenance and laboratory capability improvements. Support research and development initiatives by designing experiments, characterizing new formulations, participating in technical reviews, and helping scale laboratory findings into manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while promoting continuous improvement in analytical capabilities, data quality, and operational efficiency.
