Summary: We are currently seeking a Chemist to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, or 2–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and GDP standards.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and data acquisition software.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid foundation in analytical chemistry principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform standard laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analyses using techniques such as GC, LCMS, GCMS, HPLC, ICP/MS, ICP-OES, UV-VIS, FTIR, titration, gravimetric analysis, and other appropriate methods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare analytical standards and maintain inventory.
  • Conduct daily balance and temperature verifications, as well as monthly pipette checks.
  • Process and prepare samples in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in proficiency testing as required by ISO 17025 and other accrediting bodies.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
  • Support ISO QA/QC activities and maintain proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate analytical and quality records for accreditation and instrument performance.
  • Generate accurate, timely reports based on analytical results.
  • Identify and escalate results requiring further investigation to management.
  • Participate in out-of-specification (OOS) investigations and CAPA activities when necessary.
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines and turnaround times.
  • Learn and apply new analytical techniques and technologies as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Train new chemists as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
