Experiment, learn, and improve from everything we do. Accountability: Deliver on our word, take responsibility for our actions, and work in the interest of our team. SUMMARY We're looking for an Analytics Solutions Engineer to modernize how our organization delivers and consumes data insights. This isn't a role for maintaining what exists; it's for someone who will raise the bar on how we work. You'll handle what a traditional data analyst does (responding to stakeholder requests, building dashboards, delivering analysis) but you'll do it faster and smarter by defaulting to AI-powered tools and workflows rather than relying solely on conventional BI tools. The defining trait we're hiring for is an AI-first mindset. You reach for AI early and often to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, and delivery, while applying the judgment needed to keep outputs accurate and decision-ready. This is an individual contributor role that's equal parts hands-on and strategic. You'll work directly with business leaders, partner closely with data and analytics engineering, and build the frameworks and standards that become the new way we work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in analytics / BI / analytics engineering / decision support roles with significant stakeholder ownership.
  • AI-first work style: you habitually use AI to accelerate how you think, build, and communicate—and you can explain your approach.
  • Proven record of building solutions that scale beyond one-off requests (frameworks, reusable assets, standards, adoption-focused delivery).
  • Strong data storytelling and stakeholder leadership: you can turn ambiguity into aligned decisions and clear recommendations.
  • Strong SQL and deep comfort working directly in Snowflake to validate logic, troubleshoot discrepancies, and build repeatable analyses a plus.
  • A builder with a “pilot-and-scale” mindset: you test new approaches quickly, measure impact, and operationalize what works into repeatable standards.
  • A disciplined prompt engineer: you can consistently produce reliable outputs from LLMs by iterating prompts, structuring context, using grounded sources, and applying QA checks before anything reaches stakeholders.
  • Disciplined with prompt engineering; you produce reliable, QA'd outputs from LLMs before anything reaches a stakeholder.
  • Collaborative and systems-minded; you make the team and stakeholders faster, not just yourself.
  • Comfortable setting guardrails: you balance speed with governance, quality, and trust.
  • You enjoy experimenting with new tools, quickly separating signal from noise, and integrating practical improvements into repeatable workflows.
