About The Position

FICO is hiring an Analytic Scientist I to help develop and enhance FICO Scores using current data and advanced decisioning techniques. The role involves designing exploratory analyses and predictive models to solve business problems, including assessing and cleaning data, identifying patterns, creating variables, defining sampling and performance criteria, and selecting model variables. The scientist will also support new and existing products through analytic investigations for internal teams and clients and by contributing analytic content to sales and client materials. The position requires thorough documentation and clear communication of methods and results to technical and non-technical colleagues. This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to work onsite at FICO’s Novato, California office at least 3.5 days per week, with the remaining time eligible to be worked remotely.
