About The Position

Requirements

3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, data mining, decision analysis or modeling and simulation.
3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R
Experience developing and documenting predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
Experience conducting quantitative social science, including survey design and analysis or field or laboratory experiments, in a professional work environment
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or Quantitative Social Science or 4+ years of experience in statistics, data science, computer science and quantitative social science in lieu of a degree

Ability to work with non-technical audiences on technical problems in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and balance long and short-term taskings
Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical quantitative solutions can be defined
Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and compose client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master’s degree in Quantitative Social Science preferred; Doctorate degree in Quantitative Social Science a plus
