About The Position

The Analytic Facilitator role focuses on developing training that transforms intelligence analysis. The position requires constructing interactive courses that teach critical information and tradecraft, with a passion for understanding customer needs. The Analytic Facilitator will work with SMEs to capture training needs, advise on learning solutions, and place the learner at the center of the training experience. They will prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. The role involves using technical skills, creativity, and experience to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences, recommending multimedia technologies and strategies like blended learning. Responsibilities include meeting with SMEs to discuss and incorporate feedback on learning material, reviewing policy and doctrine publications, and providing lesson plans, presentations, and curricula. The role also involves maintaining materiel within assigned educational systems like AGILE or Training Development Capability (TDC) and honing leadership skills through mentoring and identifying new opportunities to build solutions for customer learning needs. This position offers a chance to shape a creative learning experience that engages students and improves intelligence analysis through learner-centered instructional design.

Requirements

  • Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Knowledge of defense industries, weapons production processes, and foreign weapon systems and equipment

Responsibilities

  • Honing leadership skills through leadership and mentoring.
  • Identifying new opportunities to build solutions to customer learning needs.
