About The Position

As an Analytic Facilitator, you will develop training that transforms intelligence analysis. You will construct interactive courses that teach critical information and tradecraft, understanding the needs of the customer. You will work with SMEs to capture training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. You will prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards, putting the learner at the center of the training experience. You will use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences on screen or in a classroom. You will recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment. You will meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, and review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products. You will provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as AGILE or Training Development Capability (TDC). You will hone your leadership skills as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. As a leader, you will identify new opportunities to build solutions to your customer’s learning needs. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of training methodologies to shape a creative learning experience that will engage students. Requirements

  • Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Knowledge of defense industries, weapons production processes, and foreign weapon systems and equipment
