You will play a central role in a major transformation that will positively impact our production sites, supply chain, and customer experience worldwide. Reporting to the Associate Director of Long Range Planning (LRP), the Long Range Planning (LRP) Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the integrated long-range operations plan with a five-year horizon. The analyst ensures alignment between business forecasts, manufacturing strategy, operational capabilities, procurement needs, human resources, and the organization's financial objectives. As a strategic partner, the analyst works closely with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, and Program Management to identify future capacity, workforce, and investment needs required to achieve the company's growth objectives.
