iA Assurance auto et habitation (iAAH) is a growing property and casualty insurance company. We are currently seeking a Senior P&C Actuarial Analyst to join one of our Pricing teams. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Pursuing CAS or CIA exams, on the way to ACAS/FCAS and/or AICA/FICA.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
Aptitude for working with computer tools.
Recognized for rigor and meticulousness in work.
Recognized for communication and simplification skills.
Demonstrated ease in working in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth actuarial analyses in auto and home pricing to support rate, segmentation, or algorithm adjustments.
Monitor key indicators to guide strategic adjustments in response to market dynamics.
Contribute to rate indications and formulate recommendations based on in-depth actuarial analyses.
Transform the wealth of data at our disposal into conclusions and concrete actions.
Communicate the conclusions of your analyses and make recommendations.
Participate in pricing or process improvement projects with a significant impact on our products.
Contribute to the development and support of your fellow actuarial analysts.
Represent actuarial science in multidisciplinary working groups.
