About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a rigorous and analytical Global Compensation Analyst to support the effective administration of benefits, retirement, and compensation programs across Canada. The individual will collaborate with insurers, providers, and consultants to ensure competitive and compliant programs, as well as timely service delivery in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint is an asset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the administration of global compensation programs (benefits, recognition, retirement plans, and compensation programs).
  • Act as a point of contact for global compensation inquiries; analyze and resolve issues from employees, HR, and payroll teams that could not be resolved by internal or provider call centers.
  • Process vendor invoices related to global compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely payments in collaboration with accounts payable teams.
  • Support the daily administration of benefit and retirement plans and validate HRIS error files.
  • Participate in various projects related to global compensation programs (such as annual benefits enrollment, annual salary increase process, etc.).
  • Develop effective working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders (including legal, corporate finance, payroll, tax teams, and benefits service providers) to ensure the promotion, compliance, and communication of programs.
  • Draft and disseminate communications related to global compensation programs.
