About The Position

Lightspeed is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join its global Revenue Planning and Reporting team. In this role, you will be a key partner to our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization: managing reporting infrastructure, surfacing insights that drive business decisions, and setting the bar for data quality and analytical rigor across the company. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional influence. Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or other related analytical roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Looker.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with GTM, Finance, and Data teams to drive cross-functional results.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven track record of translating analytical findings into concrete business decisions.
  • Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's) in Finance, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Pigment, Spiff, and Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker for Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders; continuously elevate standards for accuracy, clarity, and production efficiency.
  • Analytical Authority: Translate complex business questions into structured analyses; go beyond the numbers to deliver actionable recommendations backed by a clear narrative.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Identify upstream business process gaps that impact reporting accuracy; collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions before issues escalate.
  • Collaborate on Data Modeling: Work closely with our Enterprise Data team to design and maintain reliable, scalable GTM datasets for operational and strategic use cases.
  • Support Planning & Forecasting: Utilize Pigment to contribute to revenue planning cycles and scenario modeling.
  • Synthesize for Leadership: Distill complex findings into concise, impactful narratives for senior executives; know what to emphasize and what to prune.
  • Lead Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Evaluate new business initiatives, process changes, or operational questions as they arise; bring structure and speed to ambiguous problems.
