We are looking for a Senior Emerging AI Technology Solutions Analyst to join our teams. As an architect of major transformations for companies and public sector players, Wepoint is building a direction and outlining future prospects in an uncertain world, by putting technological innovation at the service of its customers' and society's progress.

Requirements

• Hold a first-cycle university degree (bachelor's degree) in business administration, computer science, communication, management. MIFI equivalence required for any degree obtained outside Quebec.
• Master's degree in artificial intelligence, data science, business analytics, or relevant field – a major asset.
• Possess at least FIVE (5) years of relevant experience for the position.
• Have been involved in at least ONE (1) emerging technology solutions analysis and technological watch mandate.
• Have been involved in at least ONE (1) major project mandate.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector – an asset.
• Only candidates legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical, organizational, or IT needs into functional and IT requirements.
• Evaluate the value and risks of AI solutions, classify and list them.
• Ensure and maintain the standardization of IT processes through technological watch, ensure continuous technological watch.
• Support promoters and produce reports.
• Propose solutions at the emerging technologies level adapted to business needs.
• Identify and define relevant indicators based on client business needs.
• Develop and maintain process-related documentation, including process diagrams and operational procedures.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of emerging technologies with diffusion reports.
• Contribute to information governance.
• Validate the quality and reliability of indicators.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and projects involving AI solutions.
