About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in their field of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years in business analysis, including 2 years in the public or municipal sector (an asset).
Proficiency with modeling tools (Enterprise Architect, Lucidchart, Visio).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Understanding of digital transformation challenges.
Excellent communication and writing skills (French).
Ability to lead workshops and facilitate collaboration.
Synthesis skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
Rigor and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Possess CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, or equivalent certifications (an asset).

Responsibilities

Actively participate in mandates related to the Business Analyst profile.
Analyze business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Produce required documentation, analyses, and deliverables.
Gather, analyze, and document users' functional and non-functional needs.
Model business processes (BPMN, UML) and identify improvement opportunities.
Write specifications, functional specifications, and user stories.
Collaborate with architects and developers to translate needs into technical solutions.
Participate in the evaluation of proposed solutions (feasibility analysis, cost/benefit).
Lead workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements.
Ensure follow-up of deliverables and their compliance with initial needs.
Contribute to change management by supporting users in adopting new solutions.
