Requirements

First experience in consumer credit — the automotive sector is a significant asset.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of files and calls while maintaining rigor and precision.
Comfortable making quick decisions under pressure, with good analytical judgment.
Good command of Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Good communication skills — English is an asset.

Responsibilities

Analyze a high volume of auto credit files and make quick, informed decisions within tight deadlines.
Evaluate vehicle collateral: market value, Loan to Value, mileage, year, wear and tear, and accident history.
Detect fraud signals: documentary inconsistencies, fake pay stubs, contract manipulations, straw buyers.
Apply risk policies: approval thresholds, pricing matrices, maximum advances, down payments, and guarantees.
Manage a high volume of phone calls with partner dealerships (F&I) to clarify files, resolve issues in real-time, and accelerate the approval cycle.
Recommend suitable structures: term, down payment, co-borrower, complementary products.
Document decisions (notes, justifications, documents) and participate in post-financing reviews and quality audits.
Work synergistically with automated tools and intelligent platform workflows to optimize decision-making.
