About The Position

We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience; internships in media, sports, marketing analytics, or data operations count.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, precision-critical work — you notice when a name or tag is off.
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets; able to organize and sanity-check moderately large datasets.
  • Working familiarity with major social platforms and how brands/creators show up on them.
  • Clear, professional written communication and a service mindset.
  • Organized and dependable across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to social listening or measurement tools (e.g., Hookit or similar).
  • Interest in sports sponsorship, media measurement, or brand marketing.
  • Basic data-handling skills beyond spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and maintain social entity handles across platforms, including mid-tier, small, and micro-influencer accounts, keeping records current as handles change or accounts are added.
  • Build and maintain custom social tags and keyword sets (including campaign keywords) used to capture the right earned content for each engagement.
  • Run routine data pulls and quality checks on social measurement outputs, flagging anomalies (missing handles, mis-tagged content, unexpected gaps) before they reach a client.
  • Prepare and format outputs to the standards our KPI and dashboard templates require.
  • Support a small set of client accounts end to end on the operational side: intake of new requirements, turnaround of routine requests, and clear status updates.
  • Act as a reliable first point of contact for straightforward client questions, escalating anything that needs SME judgment.
