About The Position

Genpact is hiring an Analyst for its Enterprise Risk Advisory team. The role supports risk advisory work by assisting with data collection and basic risk analysis, preparing reports and documentation, researching risk-related topics, collaborating with team members on project tasks, and helping ensure consistency in data inputs and outputs. The position is a remote, fixed-term internship/trainee role with flexible hours in the United States. The job end date is January 30, 2027. Candidates based in Los Angeles, California are not eligible. The approximate annual base compensation range is $45,000 to $56,500; the actual offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Data literacy.
• Executive presence.
• Information security knowledge.
• Risk management knowledge.
• Storytelling skills.
• English proficiency at an advanced C1 level.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from ACFE.
• CISA certification from ISACA.
