This team supports critical operational and technology functions for the Transfer Agent, ensuring stable application performance, efficient data workflows, and high-quality service delivery. The group partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to maintain and improve systems that support core business processes. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to defined procedures are central to the team’s work. This role provides technical support for applications, data processes, and operational workflows supporting the Transfer Agent function. The position focuses on troubleshooting, analysis, and execution of defined procedures while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. Working under close to moderate supervision, the role supports multiple business functions and escalates complex issues as needed. Rotational on-call support is required, including weekends and public holidays.
