The analyst will communicate complex analytical insights, facilitate access to actionable insights, and evaluate the current data infrastructure to identify gaps. A key responsibility is spearheading the centralization of data silos into a unified repository and overseeing the collection, storage, and processing of complex datasets. The analyst will perform various types of analysis on property and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and evaluate property-level business processes against key metrics to provide strategic recommendations. Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools is also required.
