Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent military experience
General understanding of basic money movement process flows
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting or Business Administrative
Prior Back Office Money Movement experience

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure incoming and outgoing wire are completed within service level.
Manage Money Movement General Ledgers exceptions and escalations timely.
Oversee ACH Exception process flow and Outgoing wire processing.
Address escalated customer inquiries quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and trends and propose process improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to make improvements and document workflows.
Work with leadership to ensure deliverables are provided timely.
Prepare detailed communication materials, both presentations and memos, for senior leadership.
Proactively resolve potential issues, with escalation as appropriate.
