About The Position

Genpact is hiring an Analyst in Enterprise Risk Advisory. The role supports risk advisory work through data collection, basic risk analysis, report and documentation preparation, research, and collaboration on project tasks. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible. The approximate annual base compensation range is USD 45,000 to USD 56,500; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.

Requirements

• Required skills: Data Literacy, Executive Presence, Information Security, Risk Management, and Storytelling.
• English language proficiency at Proficient - C2 level.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from ACFE.
• CISA certification from ISACA.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
