Analyst - Enterprise Risk Advisory Intern
About The Position
Genpact is seeking an Analyst - Enterprise Risk Advisory Intern to support enterprise risk advisory work. The intern will research risk topics, industry trends, and market dynamics, and turn findings into clear written summaries for engagement teams. The role supports client engagements through data collection, basic risk analysis, documentation of findings, and identification of improvement opportunities. The intern will prepare client-ready presentations, case studies, and proposal materials, and help track project workstreams, including status updates, risks, dependencies, reporting, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for Global Advisory Partners. The role collaborates with industry, technology, data, and AI advisory teams and applies consulting methodologies to produce consistent, high-quality outputs. The position is hybrid and has an approximate annual base compensation range of USD 45,000 to USD 56,500. The stated job end date is December 18, 2026.
Requirements
- Required skills include data literacy, executive presence, information security, risk management, and storytelling.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from ACFE.
- CISA certification from ISACA.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on risk topics, industry trends, and market dynamics, translating findings into clear written summaries for engagement teams.
- Support client engagements through data collection, basic risk analysis, and documentation of findings and improvement opportunities.
- Build client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and proposal materials that communicate business insights.
- Track project workstreams, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
- Support meeting coordination and follow-ups for Global Advisory Partners.
- Collaborate across industry, technology, data, and AI advisory teams, applying consulting methodologies to deliver consistent, quality outputs.
