About The Position

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing, with seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards. Responsibilities include defining goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives, compiling and interpreting reports, and extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications. Strong knowledge of HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools like Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar is essential. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial domain is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects

• Must have worked in Banking or Financial domain
