This role involves preparing pitch materials and offering memoranda for commercial real estate transactions, requiring research, financial modeling, and writing. The analyst will be responsible for complex financial modeling of property-level cash flows and debt/equity structures, utilizing market information, appraisals, and comparable data. A key aspect of the role is reviewing and understanding relevant documents such as financial statements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and appraisals to extract critical information. The position also requires networking within the industry through meetings, events, and real estate trade organizations, participating in weekly pipeline meetings to discuss deal flow and market conditions, and tracking transaction executions to identify new business opportunities.
