About The Position

RevenueCat is seeking an Analyst to join the RevenueCat Capital product team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends product strategy, financial modeling, and capital markets execution. The analyst will be instrumental in modeling new business opportunities, such as credit cards and cohort-based financing, to inform product strategy. They will also partner with the Head of Finance to assess and close financing for the RC Capital balance sheet, acting as the primary point of contact for diligence and reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a highly analytical strategic finance/bizops role at a fast-growing startup (ideally fintech).
  • World-class modeling skills: ability to build complex, dynamic financial models from scratch and use them to drive strategic decisions.
  • Understanding of capital markets: experience with or a strong understanding of debt facilities, asset-backed financing, and working with capital providers.
  • Highly analytical and technical: expert in Excel/Google Sheets and ideally strong SQL skills to pull own data.
  • Acts like an owner: not afraid to roll up sleeves and get something done. Treats RevenueCat's balance sheet, product, and brand like it's their own.
  • Thrives in ambiguity: comfortable making low-information, high-stakes decisions. Can quickly get to confidence, move on, and iterate.
  • Systems thinker: can step back from the particular and see the process. Looks for opportunities to automate and build things that scale.
  • Knows when it's good enough: obsessed with getting things right, but knows when at diminishing returns. Balances detail, speed, and ambition without losing sight of impact.

Responsibilities

  • Model new business opportunities: Build rigorous financial and strategic models for potential new products (e.g., credit cards, cohort-based financing) to help inform our product roadmap. Answer the critical questions: what should we do next, and why?
  • Support capital markets execution: Partner with the Head of Finance to assess, structure, and close financing facilities for the RC Capital balance sheet.
  • Own diligence and reporting: Serve as the primary point person for diligence requests and ongoing reporting to external financing partners, internal leadership, and the Board of Directors.
  • Bridge finance and product: Translate complex financial requirements and constraints into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
  • Operate with high ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — helping to define the long-term vision for our financial products.

Benefits

  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
  • Fully remote and flexible work environment
  • 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge
  • $2,000 USD for workspace setup
  • $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning
