About The Position

The BNY Analyst Program is a 24-month talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare participants for their future careers. Through projects across specific lines of business, analysts gain a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise and insight into the operations of a large bank. Participants work on high-priority initiatives, develop analytical and interpersonal skills, and receive exposure to senior leadership and clients, along with personalized guidance from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion, participants are considered for high-impact roles. The Enterprise Onboarding Platform (EOP) is the firm’s centralized system for managing the client onboarding lifecycle, from mandate to product setup, ensuring a consistent, data-driven, and risk-aligned experience across all business lines for both institutional and non-institutional clients. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026 (U.S.).
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-priority initiatives within the Enterprise Onboarding Platform team.
  • Gain insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks through rotational experiences.
  • Develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with clients and drive transformative solutions.
  • Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle, including Contracts, KYC, Account Opening, and Product Setup.
