Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communication and documentation skills
Strong organizational and workflow‑management abilities
Problem‑solving skills and ability to identify workflow patterns
2+ years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or a related administrative/analytical role
Intermediate level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

Place and manage third‑party evidence orders, including Accurint, APS, Exams (domestic & foreign), Labs, and MIB requests
Conduct proactive follow‑ups on APS and Lab orders, including special authorization requirements
Run, review, and act on key underwriting reports to support workflow efficiency
Maintain system queue integrity by managing routing, status updates, duplication issues, and documentation accuracy
Process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices while resolving discrepancies with vendors or leadership
