Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
Experience in life insurance operations, underwriting support, medical records/evidence ordering, or related administrative roles.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Place third‑party evidence orders, including Accurint, APS, domestic and foreign exams, labs, and MIB requests.
Conduct proactive follow‑ups on APS and lab orders, including managing special authorization requirements.
Run, review, and act on key underwriting reports to support workflow efficiency.
Maintain workflow management systems by managing duplicate records, updating statuses, and ensuring accurate routing.
Process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies directly with vendors or leadership.
