Requirements

Strong mathematical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
Results-driven with a strong focus on productivity and achieving objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally to meet and exceed goals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and work independently
Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting.

Responsibilities

Manage the year end accounting process which includes: year end reconciliation for all segments, Middle Market, Public and Labor and National Accounts
Reconciliation of all performance guarantees
Handle settlements of all refunds to customers
Adhere to Schedule C and Schedule A ERISA filings
Establish strong working relationships with account team staff and management as well as other internal matrix partners
Collaborate with all business partners (Finance, UW, Sales, Product) to set strategy
