Analyst - Treasury (Risk, Strategy, & Bank Reporting)
About The Position
Nscale is seeking a detail-oriented treasury professional to support treasury reporting, covenant tracking, bank deliverables, and control execution. The role offers broad exposure to debt, liquidity, and risk management. The Analyst supports covenant monitoring and compliance certificate preparation, maintains treasury models and reporting materials, assists with period-end reporting and SOX controls, coordinates inputs across internal teams, and contributes to process improvement and data quality. Success means meeting all covenant, reporting, and control deadlines and maintaining accurate, well-documented, audit-ready support files and current treasury calendars and trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or a closely related field.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with documentation-heavy processes.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Support covenant monitoring, compliance certificate preparation, and bank reporting obligations.
- Update covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank reporting packages.
- Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt, liquidity, and hedge-related schedules.
- Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, and evidence gathering.
- Gather inputs from Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit.
- Support process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting.
