About The Position
Nscale is seeking a detail-oriented treasury professional focused on treasury reporting, covenant tracking, bank deliverables, and control execution. The person in this seat will help keep the treasury function accurate, audit-ready, and operationally disciplined while building broad exposure to debt, liquidity, and risk management.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with documentation-heavy processes.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and related controls
- Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank reporting packages
- Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt, liquidity, and hedge-related disclosures
- Support hedge program reporting, including mark-to-market, counterparty exposure, and hedge documentation
- Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting
