Onex is seeking an Analyst, Total Rewards for a 12-month contract to support the effective delivery of HR operations, with a focus on employment lifecycle updates, payroll and compensation administration, and data integrity. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee changes, maintaining high-quality HR data, and supporting Total Rewards programs. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other key stakeholders, this hire will help deliver a seamless employee experience, ensure compliance with internal processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR operations.
