About The Position
The (USA) Analyst, Temp Services (H) plays a critical role in supporting temporary staffing operations by managing data accuracy, monitoring service performance, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems and budget oversight. The analyst collaborates with internal teams to optimize processes and deliver timely, detailed reports that support decision-making. Effective communication and advanced Excel capabilities are essential to succeed in this role, contributing to the efficient management of temporary workforce services within the organization. About the team: The team manages part pricing and asset management within Supply Chain, focusing on standardizing asset naming and optimizing preventive maintenance processes. They lead budget execution, capital planning, and compliance efforts while developing SAP standards to enhance financial accuracy. By driving system improvements and coordinating cross-functional initiatives, the team ensures operational efficiency and effective change management. Members utilize skills in computerized maintenance management systems, budget management, communication, and data analysis to support strategic goals and continuous process enhancements.
Requirements

- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to support operational efficiency.
- Experience in budget management to monitor and control financial resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel services for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Analyze and maintain accurate records for temporary staffing services to support operational needs.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track and report workforce data efficiently.
- Monitor and manage budget allocations related to temporary staffing expenditures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of staffing requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and data summaries using Excel to inform decision-making processes.
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures in all temporary staffing activities.
- Assist in optimizing workforce planning to align with business objectives and service demands.
