About The Position

Assist with training new staff and providing updates as necessary for existing staff Serve as a support system for the Analysts by assisting with workflow, clarity on processing Providing back-up as needed Providing assistance with Code Hold process

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 8+ years medical experience
• Experience may not substitute for educational requirement
• If not current RHIT certification, must be obtained after graduating from HIT program within 6 months of hire date

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership experience
• Associate's degree from an accredited Health Information Technology program
