About The Position

Newtrient LLC is seeking an Analyst, Sustainability Programs to support the execution of customer-driven conservation projects. This role involves hands-on coordination, data collection, and development of project deliverables across multiple initiatives. The Analyst will support farm-level assessment activities, prepare inputs for reports and recommendations, and ensure timely execution of operational components. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The mission of Newtrient is to reduce the environmental footprint of U.S. dairy and make it economically viable, working with farmers, cooperatives, and companies within the dairy supply chain to accelerate environmental practices, technologies, and markets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, data analytics, or a related field
0–2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, agriculture, environmental programs, data analysis, or project coordination preferred.
Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations
Strong analytical and writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong sense of commitment, willingness to learn more, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
Strong alignment with agricultural and farmer-facing work
U.S.-based and authorized to work for any U.S. employer without current or future visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Exposure to or interest in dairy systems, agricultural sustainability, or environmental performance tracking is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Support execution of farm-level environmental programs, including scheduling farm calls, coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring activities align with program workplans and deliverables.
Provide logistical and administrative support for field-level and farmer-facing activities.
Support development of sustainability reports and program deliverables by preparing first-draft inputs, organizing farm-level data, compiling survey and assessment results, and formatting materials.
Assist with on-farm sustainability assessments and preparation of recurring program inputs and data summaries.
Support updates to Newtrient’s Solutions Catalog and related sustainability resources by organizing technology evaluation inputs, maintaining documentation, and preparing structured summaries.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver materials for sustainability presentations and meetings.
Provide coordination support across Newtrient-led projects by tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow organization, and assisting with cross-team communication.
Support routine updates to Newtrient communications channels, including assisting with website updates, document management, and drafting or formatting contributions to Newtrient News.
