About The Role: As a Sr. Principal, you’ll be joining the FIS Enterprise Product Strategy team to help guide new initiatives, governance & standards and portfolio reviews. Working as a member of the Enterprise Product Strategy team you’ll be building relationships across banking, payments and capital markets experts as to better understand where the market is headed, and how to best position FIS for success. About the team: As part of the Enterprise Product Strategy team you will be involved in high-priority initiatives that are at the top of our senior management's agenda and at the forefront of the industry. Your responsibilities will include providing standardized roadmap templates, product hierarchy definitions, and data governance guardrails across all portfolios. In addition, you will be supporting CEO-level investment decisions in partnership with Enterprise Portfolio management (e.g., pull-back) and running CEO-level portfolio reviews for the top portfolios so leadership has a single, honest view of product health and trade-offs every quarter. What you will be doing: In this role you will be responsible for guiding the enterprise product strategy for FIS. Provide standardized roadmap templates, product hierarchy definitions, and data governance guardrails across all portfolios Codify a formal product lifecycle framework — from ideation through sunset — with clear entry/exit criteria at each stage Own the enterprise product taxonomy so every solution maps cleanly to an offering type, a channel, and a client segment Supporting CEO-level investment decisions in partnership with Enterprise Portfolio management (e.g., pull-back) Run CEO-level portfolio reviews for the top portfolios so leadership has a single, honest view of product health and trade-offs every quarter Maintain an enterprise decision log that captures the rationale behind major posture and investment calls

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • High energy and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
