About The Position

The Senior Analyst - Operational Performance leads the development and implementation of programs and strategies that generate insights to improve business decision-making. The role develops or changes workflows and implements process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs, and customer service. The position analyzes operational data, identifies business problems, and recommends solutions. It leads projects and teams, documents and communicates project concepts and outcomes, supports policy and compliance implementation, and contributes to systems testing and ongoing process improvement. The role also supports internal departments and external entities through information, answers, and training, and creates reports and presentations on operational data and proposed business changes.

Requirements

Four years of experience in a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement process or procedure changes to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and lead multiple activities with varying timelines.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and contribute to business unit or corporate projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Ability to engage stakeholders across different parts of the business, analyze needs, and design high-level learning solutions using low-, medium-, or high-fidelity learning interventions.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and develop support materials and communications for divisional or corporate projects.
Ability to conduct needs analyses and design and develop materials to support training and end users for projects, implementations, and initiatives.
Ability to facilitate effectively with audiences at varying levels.
Experience leading a team.
Experience with the Verint software suite as a leader and with accompanying performance reports.
Familiarity with Core Operations.
Proven project leadership experience.
Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze operational data to develop insights supporting business objectives.
Develop and improve workflows and business processes to improve customer service, reduce operational costs, and enhance quality.
Identify or analyze business problems and develop recommendations for solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of projects or teams to achieve desired results.
Document and communicate project concepts, milestones, and results.
Recommend and assist with implementing standard policies and procedures.
Communicate, implement, and monitor corporate compliance on an ongoing basis.
Participate in systems testing, develop procedures and controls, and recommend ongoing improvements to updated processes.
Support internal departments and external entities by answering questions, supplying information, and providing training.
Create and present reports and presentations on operational data and proposed business changes.
