The key responsibilities of the role include: Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for handling and processing transactions for the Securities Finance Client Directed Lending team. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the Securities Lending product. Under direct supervision, responsibility for handling and supporting routine transactions and support functions including: - timely settlement of trades. - process and review of stock and cash movements - reconciliation of accounts Works with both direct and indirect teams as well as outside counterparties in an environment that encourages employee participation, engagement, and effective communication. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines. Candidate will work within the securities lending operations group and follow procedures, guidelines and best practices. Candidate will work with partners in Chicago as well as our Bangalore office. Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • College or University degree or relevant Securities Operations/stock loans
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
