About The Position

The Analyst, Reporting (ROPS) leads complex analyses, solves ambiguous problems, and makes decisions to improve processes and drive strategic improvements across one or more Revenue Operations business teams. The role aggregates data from multiple sources, builds analytical models, evaluates business impact, and translates findings into recommendations that influence change and improve business outcomes. It also serves as a team resource for technical troubleshooting and quality control, leads stakeholder working sessions, directs project next steps, and begins mentoring teammates.

Requirements

6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience in a related field of study.
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including complex analytical modeling and insight generation.

Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly to a range of audiences.
Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

Lead complex analyses by aggregating data across multiple sources using analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Continuously learn technical capabilities and recommend how they can be leveraged.
Serve as a subject matter expert on where and how to obtain data across multiple databases.
Evaluate business impact by building complex analytical models and determining variable assumptions.
Troubleshoot issues and quality-check errors as a team resource.
Solve complex and ambiguous problems by identifying key drivers, recommending solutions, and designing approaches across interrelated systems and processes.
Understand how metrics and processes across businesses relate to one another and affect broader business objectives.
Extend analysis beyond the initial request based on findings.
Synthesize analytical takeaways, present recommended actions, gain alignment, and influence change.
Recommend effective ways to visualize analysis results.
Lead working sessions across multiple stakeholders and mentor others in building collaborative stakeholder relationships.
Direct and execute project next steps, prioritizing time according to business value and need.
Provide direction on others’ work and serve as a mentor and expert across the team.
