LogicMonitor is seeking an experienced and strategic Analyst Relations Director to lead and elevate our Analyst Relations program during a pivotal stage of company growth and market evolution. This leader will be responsible for building a world-class Analyst Relations function that strengthens analyst understanding of LogicMonitor’s strategy, platform innovation, and market differentiation. The ideal candidate will help shift market perception of LogicMonitor beyond legacy monitoring or point-product narratives and toward its position as a category-defining platform at the forefront of Autonomous IT. As part of the Corporate Strategy organization, this role will serve as a central point of connection between external market insight and internal strategic priorities. The Analyst Relations Director will own relationships with key industry analysts, firms, and influencers, while ensuring analyst perspectives are translated into actionable guidance for corporate strategy, messaging, product direction, and go-to-market planning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building on an established foundation while evolving the program to support LogicMonitor’s next stage of growth and category leadership. This role is open to candidates based in or near Austin, TX. Our Austin office is based in the vibrant San Jacinto Center downtown with breathtaking views of Lady Bird Lake. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Strategy, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related strategic B2B technology role.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise technology analyst landscape, including top-tier firms and independent influencers.
  • Proven experience building and scaling analyst relationships that influence market perception and business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting or leading participation in major analyst evaluations such as Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, or similar reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and strategic concepts into clear, credible narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn external insight into internal action across strategy, messaging, launches, and business planning.
  • Highly organized and operationally strong, with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and strategic mindset with a passion for category creation, market influence, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead LogicMonitor’s Analyst Relations program across strategy, engagement, market influence, and operational excellence.
  • Own and evolve LogicMonitor’s Analyst Relations strategy in support of corporate objectives, product innovation, and category leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key analysts, firms, and influential market voices across observability, AIOps, AI, cloud, digital experience, and adjacent categories.
  • Drive analyst understanding of LogicMonitor’s platform vision, strategic roadmap, and differentiation in the market.
  • Lead the planning and execution of analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and relationship-building programs.
  • Develop a proactive analyst engagement model tied to launches, major announcements, research calendars, and market moments.
  • Partner closely with an experienced external Analyst Relations contractor to align priorities, maintain continuity, and support program execution and relationship management.
  • Lead participation in major analyst evaluations, including project management, cross-functional coordination, written submissions, live presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Help shape and amplify LogicMonitor’s market narrative through strategic analyst engagement, third-party validation, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Support executive readiness for analyst interactions, including briefing preparation, messaging guidance, and live-event planning.
  • Partner with GTM teams to improve understanding of analyst influence on pipeline, customer perception, and strategic deals.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Strategy, Product Marketing, Product Management, Communications, Digital, and executive stakeholders to ensure analyst-facing messaging is consistent, current, and compelling.
  • Translate analyst feedback and market insight into recommendations that inform corporate strategy, positioning, messaging, roadmap discussions, launch planning, and competitive strategy.
  • Build internal visibility into analyst activity and impact by creating reporting cadences, insight summaries, newsletters, and measurable program KPIs.
  • Leverage existing program knowledge, historical context, and established analyst relationships while modernizing and scaling the Analyst Relations function.
  • Manage analyst firm subscriptions, contracts, licensing, tools, and program operations with rigor and accountability.
  • Help mature the systems, tools, and processes used to manage analyst relationships, research calendars, engagement tracking, and program insights.
