Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Employee Relations Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to support team members and manufacturing leadership in their resolution of concerns and to appropriately interpret and consistently apply policies and procedures. Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the person in this role will support the team’s objective to maintain and improve positive team member relations and ensure the success of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK). This position is based in Georgetown, Kentucky. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. What you’ll be doing Building relationships with team members by providing strong customer service through support or problem solving. Investigate and address concerns for hourly and salaried team members. Ensure consistent policy application. Create positive team member engagement through daily interactions on the floor. Partner with Section leaders; build relationships with management, understand section business, develop shop leaders to ensure positive morale. What you bring Bachelor’s degree or higher OR equivalent professional work experience that is relevant to this position 2+ years’ experience in employee relations or other related HR specific function Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability and willingness to work second shift hours, 5:15 PM to 2:00 AM Ability to work overtime as needed, approximately 15%, including some Saturdays Ability to work from multiple areas of a large manufacturing facility with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to attending in-person meetings held at various locations throughout the facility, engaging with employees working in different areas throughout the facility, etc. Added bonus if you have Bachelor’s degree or higher specifically in Employee/Labor Relations, Human Resources HR experience in a manufacturing environment Information Systems/Technology education or experience Experience with the following: Kronos, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Forms, pivot tables and formulas in Excel Experience with Workday and ServiceNow databases SHRM certification What We’ll Bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher OR equivalent professional work experience that is relevant to this position
  • 2+ years’ experience in employee relations or other related HR specific function
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
