About The Position

Boomi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Relations Advisor to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will help execute strategies to build positive relationships with industry analysts and drive awareness of our company's products across the markets that Boomi’s platform is in. Serving as a crucial bridge between foundational AR operations and broader strategic goals, you will ensure the smooth coordination of evaluations, internal communications, and analyst engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analyst relations, public relations, communications, or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to track deliverables and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling key insights, communicating effectively and building rapport with both analysts and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in technology, industry trends, or competitive intelligence.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack) and familiarity with analyst relations tools and platforms (e.g., ARInsights).
  • Willingness to travel to support analyst events, industry conferences and in-person briefings as needed (approx. 2-4 times per year).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with major analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
  • Understanding of the enterprise software or SaaS landscape.
  • Background in product marketing, corporate communications, or competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with social media engagement strategies regarding analysts and influencers.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Analyst Engagements: Schedule and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and meetings to ensure analysts are kept informed about strategic initiatives, product launches, and market developments.
  • Support Evaluation Cycles: Assist in coordinating major analyst evaluations, such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape, by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and organizing briefing materials.
  • Create and Manage AR Communications: Draft internal newsletters summarizing key analyst insights and maintain the internal AR portal or knowledge hub (e.g., on Highspot) to communicate AR activities and business impact.
  • Conduct Analyst & Market Research: Research analyst firms, compile analyst profiles, and track analyst commentary on competitors and industry trends to support engagement planning.
  • Track and Report: Monitor analyst research to track coverage, interactions, and sentiment, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing analyst events, including conferences, briefings, and webinars.
  • Prepare stakeholders for analyst engagements: Develop briefing documents and talking points for executives/SMEs ahead of analyst calls, ensuring alignment on key messages, positioning and topics to avoid.
