As an Analyst - Operations Regulatory Risk, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations. Your primary focus will be on the compliance, monitoring, testing, and documentation of controls within Operational teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, able to provide high quality output whilst working within a fast-paced environment with demanding and competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree, related qualification, or Risk/Compliance experience in the online gaming Industry.
• The ability to review and interpret data and activity in order to make accurate decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organization, including regular reviews and updates as necessary.
• Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives.
• Conducting assessments of existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively.
• Writing and maintaining SOPs and Internal Controls documentation up to date, making sure everything is clear, accurate, and easy to follow.
• Working closely with different teams across multiple projects at once, prioritizing and triaging requests based on what’s most urgent.
• Staying highly organized while managing competing priorities.
