About The Position

Performs in-process and for release product analysis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Posses the ability to learn on the job and develop critical thinking skills.
• Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring, sample collection, testing and result reporting
• Perform laboratory experiments including bioburden analysis of devices and solutions, media growth promotion, and analysis of biological indicators
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality, monitors own work to ensure quality
• General laboratory functions such as inventory, control and ordering of laboratory supplies, equipment preventive maintenance, general laboratory housekeeping, and chemical and biohazard waste disposal
• Practice good documentation practices associated with the generation of raw data, data entry and reporting
• Perform and document required training to perform job function
