About The Position

This role involves supporting and building custom applications across the agency, establishing development standards, and ensuring a robust and flexible team for all projects. The Analyst/Programmer Specialist will support and implement MuleSoft APIs, existing DWD Dynamics 365 applications, and custom applications written in .NET, Java, and other technologies. Responsibilities include supporting ETPL, various database technologies, designing and implementing new systems, maintaining and implementing Azure web jobs, MuleSoft, and Talend for data transfer, proactively exploring new technologies, and collaborating with business stakeholders and other IT teams to define and enhance solutions. The role also involves enhancing existing applications within an agile environment, demonstrating a mix of soft and hard skills, good communication, and contributing to building a structured development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience as a .NET or full stack developer
  • Strong experience in Mulesoft
  • ASP.NET/MVC, .NET 9.0

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement MuleSoft APIs across the agency
  • Support existing DWD Dynamics 365 applications.

  • Support various database technologies used across our systems.
  • Help design and implement new systems to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
