Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst to support programs within the Consolidated Intelligence Development & Operations (CIDO) Systems portfolio. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs. Requirements

  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with MS Office
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filtering, graphing, and vlookups
  • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions
  • Current SSBI clearance
  • Computer system familiarity and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and work quality
  • US Citizenship and the willingness and ability to obtain an SSBI clearance within one year of start date

Responsibilities

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation
  • Labor and cost transfer submittals
  • Preparation of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
  • Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
  • Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
  • Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
  • Perform data integrity checks and validations related to program financials.
