About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our Product Line Management team in the rapidly evolving solar industry. This role supports strategic product decisions by delivering insights on pricing, margins, market sizing, and performance trends. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean technology, data-driven, and eager to contribute to the growth of solar solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Exposure to or willingness to learn Power BI and Salesforce CPQ.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
• Interest in the solar industry.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with CRM or CPQ systems, especially Salesforce.
• Understanding of solar products, market dynamics, or clean technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product pricing, margins, and profitability to support pricing strategies and business decisions.
• Assist in market sizing and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in the solar sector.
• Develop and maintain recurring product performance reports, including monthly dashboards and year-over-year comparisons.
• Investigate and explain variances in product performance using data from multiple systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and operations to gather data and align on insights.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Power BI, and Excel to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
