About The Position

The Performance Analytics & Reporting role supports the Procurement organization by delivering data, insights, and reporting that enable informed decision‑making and performance management across supply chain and procurement operations. This role plays a key part in tracking spend, supplier performance, cost productivity, and operational metrics, helping leaders identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The position offers strong exposure to enterprise‑wide procurement activities and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through data‑driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Economics, Operations, or a related field
  • Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in analytics, procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related business role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting or business intelligence tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • English required

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or early‑career experience supporting analytics, procurement, or supply chain operations
  • Experience with ERP, procurement, or reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
  • Exposure to spend analytics, supplier scorecards, or performance management metrics
  • Familiarity with basic sourcing, contracting, or procurement processes
  • Interest in developing a career in procurement analytics or supply chain operations
  • Analytics, finance, or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM, CIPS, data analytics certificates) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance procurement and supply chain performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, cost savings, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc analytics to support procurement and supply chain leadership decision‑making.
  • Partner with category managers, sourcing, finance, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support tracking of cost productivity initiatives, savings realization, and supplier performance commitments.
  • Maintain data integrity across procurement systems and reporting tools; identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting efficiency, standardization, and analytics capabilities.
