About The Position

The Pricing Structures Analyst plays a central role within the pricing team. This role is responsible for managing the full scope of their assigned perimeter and acts as a subject-matter expert for the commercial leadership team and Belron Canada business partners in matters related to pricing structures, data, and pricing performance. The position focuses on ensuring the integrity of pricing structures, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing company profitability within a complex and continuously evolving data environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in pricing structures, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and BI tools (Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • High level of rigor, autonomy, and ownership of a critical scope
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and regular updating of price lists and pricing agreements.
  • Analyze, structure, and leverage pricing data using SQL and analytical tools.
  • Assess pricing adjustments and recommend structural improvements.
  • Define and maintain governance and monitoring processes for pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues related to pricing management systems.
  • Prepare and validate source data required for analyses.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards (BI).
  • Produce sales, margin, and profitability analyses for business partners.
  • Identify trends, variances, and areas requiring further attention.
  • Analyze the performance of pricing structures and their financial impact.
  • Develop business scenarios and measure the impact of commercial initiatives.
  • Present clear, structured, and fact-based insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations aimed at optimizing performance and profitability.
  • Act as a pricing structure advisor for commercial and operational teams.
  • Explain methodologies, assumptions, and limitations related to analyses.
  • Support decision-making during strategic discussions and complex initiatives.
