About The Position

Delta Capita is hiring an Analyst to work on projects for its financial institution clients within the Post Trade Services team. The role offers support and training in a fast-paced environment and opportunities over time to rotate across different areas of financial institutions and multiple clients, gaining exposure to different parts of the financial services industry. The position is a fixed-term contract based in Boston.

Day-to-day activities vary depending on project assignment. Work may include post-trade operations such as client trading setup and data validation, transactional reporting investigations, trade monitoring and downstream flow coordination, client query responses, trade settlements, conversion trades and transfers, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Example projects include Middle Office Analyst, Equity Swaps Analyst, Trade Support, Institutional Client Oversight, and Loan Operations.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree in a finance- or banking-related field.
• Internship experience in finance or banking.
• Valid work authorization for the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set clients up to trade using relevant and accurate data matched with signed agreements, including defaults, pricing, and commissions.
• Investigate and resolve breaks affecting regulatory transactional reporting.
• Monitor trades and work with the desk to ensure trade flows downstream.
• Answer client queries.
• Handle trade-related client queries, trade settlements, and booking conversion trades or transfers as part of business-as-usual work.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including settlement, asset servicing, and conversion teams.
