Contributes to the ongoing achievement of the organization's clinical, financial, and service goals through the application of clinical or operational expertise to material resource and change management. Applies knowledge to the established value analysis process; product utilization reviews and product change management processes' and serves as a liaison between System Pharmacy Logistics and Purchasing and local pharmacies. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to lead change, improving financial, clinical, and patient outcomes and facilitates interactions between clinical and non-clinical staff. Creates Purchase Orders (POs) for RX items, works with suppliers to order items, resolve invoice holds, and update purchase orders.
